My Samsung side by side Model #: RS267LASxH refrigerator is not cooling. The freezer part works fine. The outside thermometer (on the door) does not seem to read the temperature on the inside accurately and sometimes blinks on and off. On a couple of occasions I have noted a possible water leak from the front right corner of the refrigerator. I was wondering what the cost would be to have this looked at and when it could be done. Thank you!

The dishwasher (Whirlpool) will not stay running. I push the door in and it starts to run, but then stops... I suspect it is the locking mechanism - needs to be adjusted or replaced. Thanks

Before attempting any dishwasher repairs, make sure that you disconnect the appliance from the power source. Also, take care to avoid injury from the sharp edges of the appliance. You can find this valve at the bottom right or left of the appliance. Cleaning problems may also be caused because of clogged internal filters. This is especially true of dishwashers that have filters which need periodic cleaning. Your product manual will detail instructions for cleaning the filter. Look for a clogged drain valve that allows water to drain out while the wash cycle is on. Dishwasher repairs often involve a failure of the water to enter the dishwasher. This is again caused by a defective water inlet valve. Replace this, and the problem should correct itself. If your dishwasher fails to drain itself properly, then look for a clogged drain line. You may find the clog at the location where the drain line is attached to the garbage disposal unit or your main drain line
